So, the wait is over for all of you who were waiting for my next Blog.
Will start this with my favorite Fashion quote:
“Adornment, what a science! Beauty, what a weapon! Modesty, what elegance!” By Coco Chanel
Recently I did shoot for some of the industries best designers.
My Dress was from the closet of Fashion Designers Reynu Taandon & Nikhita Tandon, Jewellery I wore was of Brand Vararoha by Jewellery Designer Anuskha Jain and by Zurie Design Studio. The shoot took place in Hotel Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
Designer Reynu Taandon dresses are inspired by a girl lost in the woods striking an edgy balance between conservative and modern femininity. Both embraced by the most forward-thinking fashion girls in India in SS’17 collection.
Seriously I fell in love with her collection. Her collection got a peaceful shades of Blue and White with colorful bohemian motifs that add an element of pop to the whole collection. Below are my shoots in which I wore Reynu Taandon’s designed dress:
It’s a merge of traditional embroidery with special elements recreated in contemporary and practical items for everyday use, as well as refined evening attire.
Since Reynu Taandon being an expert at handwork she has masterfully weaved, cuts, and shapes in all the intricate garments produced in her studio in the Mynah designs center.
Outfit 2 & 3:
Second and Third outfit was of none other than Designer Nikhita Tandon. Spring Summer 2017 collection of Nikhita revolves around three colors ivory, pale blue, black and steel grey, some has florals around the necklines. Extensive use of lace, crotchet & self embossed georgette is seen. Gowns she has in her wardrobe are more edgier with a younger feel to it. Fabrics used are net, lycra and pure satin. It embraces sheer net based work with hand embroidery along with metallic chain embellishments with fabric manipulation.
With her beautifully designed gowns, she converted my dream into reality. When I wore her gown for my shoot it made me feel like a princess out of a fairy tale! 👰💃
Check out her designs below:
Last but not the least would like to put in the picture the jewellery of Vararoha by Jewellery Designer Anuskha Jain. Her jewellery was like a cherry on top. Look at the jewellery closely here:
Earrings have studded diamonds with delicate lines on MOP (Mothers of pearls) oval with MOP flowers. This beautiful pendant which was very unique in design was Ruby mother of pearl pendant, inspired from ladybird from aranya collection made with 14kt gold studded with diamond.
Stay tuned for more such updates. 🙂
